So our smoothie cleanse is a Green Feasting cleanse, because you can feast on as many smoothies as you like.  It all about eating,  just in a different way. The green cleanse is a way to give your body a rest from many of our habits of caffeine, grains, alcohol, and sugar.  It is a reset for our bodies and gives us the opportunity to be at choice about our health and vitality.  Green smoothies offer highly nutritional whole food shakes as a way to detox, rest and energize the entire system. It is not as complicated as you might think to get your system on track.  We have been trained as a Holistic Lifestyle Coaches by the CHEK Institute and also in Ayurvedic nutrition as well as over 20-years of personal cleaning and fasting experience.  We are here to coach you through the process. 

Why do we cleanse?

The Standard American Diet (SAD) is sad, it is loaded with salt, sugar, and fat, which leads to poor digestion, mental and physical sluggishness, and joint pain. This diet along with lack of movement and other bad habits promote chronic diseases and lack of vitality.

What you’ll need to join the green cleanse:

  • A good blender, Vita Mix or a Nutra Bullet

  • Body brush – we recommend Yerba Prima

  • A Journal
