Our Basic Program:
This is an excellent choice if you are a regular class participant or personal training client and want to measure progress with several different measures. We measure BMI, body composition, weight and girth measurements.
We assess your Metabolic Type, analyze Food Logs and discuss your balance of macronutrients and strategies for individual success. Additionally we offer a weekly coaching program to help you with strategies to stay on track.
