BASE CONDITIONING

Whether you're completely new to fitness, returning after a break or need a gentle, supportive environment to move your body—you're in the right place.

Our foundational fitness classes focus on safe, effective movements that strengthen your body from the ground up.

If you're new to exercise, recovering from injury, post-surgery, prenatal or postnatal, or simply easing back in to fitness, Base Conditioning is the perfect place to start. This low-impact, circuit-style strength class focuses on the six primal movement patterns (squat, lunge, push, pull, bend, twist) to help you develop functional strength and confidence.

This class is:

  • Safe for beginners

  • Great for aging bodies, new parents, and anyone returning from injury

  • Takes place in a supportive, non-intimidating environment

This class is open to all levels. Equipment is provided, but please feel free to bring gloves, mat and/or towel.

Choose any 10 classes* per month. Valid for 60 days.

*These class packages include SITH HIT, Boxing, Kickboxing, Base Conditioning, Yoga and SITH FIT. These classes are capped at 15 members.
