CLASSES


Classes can be purchased as a single drop-in, packages or unlimited memberships. Check the Rates page for more information. These are capped at 15 members.

Boxing

From your fundamental punches to more complicated combos, this boxing class will work your brain and your body. Open to all levels.

Kickboxing

Participants will learn the basics of kickboxing through pad work, heavy bag drills, and conditioning with technique and timing. Open to all levels

Yoga

Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for many years, our open flow yoga classes offer posture variations intended to release tension and restore spaciousness in the body.

Base Conditioning

Are you a new or an aging exerciser? Are you recently pre- or post-natal or recovering from injury? Base Conditioning is the best option for a safe movement program that helps you build strength slowly.

SITH HIT

This high-energy and high-impact class will bring you bodyweight challenges, dumbbells, strength intervals, cardio and our six primal movement patterns.

SITH FIT

This low-impact, high-octane strength class will help you build muscular endurance and strength using dumbbells,  mini bands and your own bodyweight.

MELT

MELT class is a gentle, science-backed self-treatment technique designed to reduce chronic pain, improve mobility, and rehydrate connective tissue (fascia).
