Looking for a powerful workout that’s kind to your joints? SITH FIT is your go-to, high-energy, low-impact strength class designed to help you move better, feel stronger and stay grounded—literally.
Using a combination of dumbbells, mini bands and bodyweight, you’ll train through our signature six primal movement patterns, all while keeping one foot on the ground at all times. That means no jumping, no pounding—just smart, effective movement that builds real-world strength.

This class is open to all levels. Equipment is provided, but please feel free to bring gloves, mat and/or towel.

Choose any 5 classes* per month. Valid for 30 days.
Choose any 10 classes* per month. Valid for 60 days.
*These class packages include Base Conditioning, Boxing, Kickboxing, Yoga, SITH FIT and SITH HIT. These classes are capped at 15 members.
