The goal of this program is not to deprive you of food—this is a feast, not a fast!
With a supportive community and experts in nutrition who have been leading this program for over a decade, we’ll help coach you through this week, answer your questions, talk through your feelings and celebrate your successes.
This is not a juice cleanse. The Green Cleanse embraces the fiber and nutrients that come from whole fruits and vegetables. You’ll be eating smoothies and salads while giving your body a break from ultra-processed foods that contain high quantities of salt, sugar and fat, which can lead to poor digestion, mental and physical sluggishness and joint pain.
