Your relationship to food is always changing.

Stress, age and activity level can alter your dietary needs. As you move through different phases of life, it’s important to recalibrate your nutrition.

This is not a quick fix or a diet.

The goal of this program is not to deprive you of food—this is a feast, not a fast!

With a supportive community and experts in nutrition who have been leading this program for over a decade, we’ll help coach you through this week, answer your questions, talk through your feelings and celebrate your successes.  

This is not a juice cleanse. The Green Cleanse embraces the fiber and nutrients that come from whole fruits and vegetables. You’ll be eating smoothies and salads while giving your body a break from ultra-processed foods that contain high quantities of salt, sugar and fat, which can lead to poor digestion, mental and physical sluggishness and joint pain.

The Green Cleanse includes:

  • Step-by-step cleansing information 

  • Sample recipes and resources

  • Coaching + support meetings via Zoom

  • An online community group to post questions and share experiences

  • Supplemental informational video recordings addressing whole-health practices

  • Daily motivational check-ins

What you need to join:

  • Groceries from our Shopping List

  • A good blender—VitaMix, Nutribullet or Ninja

  • A body brush, we recommend Yerba Prima

  • A stainless steel tongue scraper

  • Epsom salt or Dead Sea Salt for bathing

  • Lavender oil (optional)

  • A journal

FUEL.

I tend to approach cleanses with fear: will I be able to do it? But the past two Green Feasts have resulted in significant changes that are making me feel physically and mentally healthier.
