Yes! We train clients over Zoom as well as in person at our studio, which is located in Washington Heights (500 Ft. Washington Avenue). We also offer in-home personal training.

Several of our Studio in the Heights coaches provide personal training. Training takes place virtually or in person at the Studio. Contact us for more information!

Yes! Priest and Lisa are certified Master Trainers. They have over 20 years of experience working with clients and have numerous certifications in nutrition and fitness. They offer virtual and in-person Personal Training.

Good question! Personal Training sessions with our coaches and Master Trainers are one-on-one. These sessions may be virtual or in person, and they are tailored to help clients reach their personal training goals.
Shared Personal Training offers in-person, small group sessions where participants move through a strength circuit designed to target major muscle groups. Sessions are 45-minutes long and limited to 4 participants.
All of our training opportunities are open to both beginners and seasoned athletes!
