Our one-on-one personal training programs are tailored to your needs and designed around your fitness goals. We focus on strength training, cardio, flexibility and mobility exercises.

After an assessment, we’ll pair you with a coach that can help you set fitness goals and learn the correct techniques for a safe, effective workout.

We monitor your progress and check in with you regularly about your training experience. Depending on your goals, our coaches may use a variety of modalities and techniques to keep your workout engaging, including:

I have a herniated disc in my lower back and have had a lot of issues with my back and hips. After speaking with Lisa, I did several individual sessions with David. He was great! He tailored the exercises to strengthen my muscles and to give me more mobility without pain. I have worked with trainers before who always push me so hard that I injure myself. I have been going to physical therapy for a lower back problem, and Lisa is a huge help in my recovery. My PT gave me a set of exercises, and when I showed them to Lisa, Lisa expanded on those exercises and gave me a regimen of core strengthening exercises to complement what the PT had given me. The next time I saw the PT, she was blown away. She had never seen a patient’s trainer build so expertly on her own work. She told me the exercises Lisa had given me were the very ones she herself had been planning to give me next, and so thanks to Lisa, I was already a step ahead!
