Participants will learn technique and timing through pad work, heavy bag drills and conditioning.
Classes begin with fundamentals like stance and basic punches and build on this foundation, adding elbows and flow, kicking drills and combinations—all while building strength and confidence.
This class focuses on the core techniques every kickboxer needs—punches, kicks, footwork and defensive movements.
You’ll learn:
Proper fighting stance
Jab, cross, hook and uppercut form
Basic kicks including front snap kick and roundhouse
How to block, slip and move with control
Conditioning drills to build endurance and power
This class is open to all levels. Equipment is provided, but please feel free to bring gloves, mat and/or towel.
Valid for 2 weeks.
Choose any 5 classes* per month. Valid for 30 days.
Choose any 10 classes* per month. Valid for 60 days.
*These class packages include Kickboxing, Boxing, Base Conditioning, Yoga, SITH FIT and SITH HIT. These classes are capped at 15 members.
