KICKBOXING

Participants will learn technique and timing through pad work, heavy bag drills and conditioning.

Classes begin with fundamentals like stance and basic punches and build on this foundation, adding elbows and flow, kicking drills and combinations—all while building strength and confidence. 

This class focuses on the core techniques every kickboxer needs—punches, kicks, footwork and defensive movements. You’ll learn:

  • Proper fighting stance

  • Jab, cross, hook and uppercut form

  • Basic kicks including front snap kick and roundhouse

  • How to block, slip and move with control

  • Conditioning drills to build endurance and power

*These class packages include Kickboxing, Boxing, Base Conditioning, Yoga, SITH FIT and SITH HIT. These classes are capped at 15 people.
