Total Body Workout
Our Boxing class covers the fundamentals of boxing and helps participants build comfort with their boxing stance, basic punches (jab, right, cross, hook, uppercut), defense and footwork.
Our certified coaches will guide you step-by-step through each movement, ensuring proper form and technique. Whether you're hitting the bag for the first time or perfecting your combo, we’ll help you improve your technique and develop power. We’ll also keep your heart rate up with a healthy dose of cardio.

This class is open to all levels. Equipment is provided, but please feel free to bring gloves, mat and/or towel.
Valid for 2 weeks.
Choose any 5 classes* per month. Valid for 30 days.
Choose any 10 classes* per month. Valid for 60 days.
*These class packages include Base Conditioning, Boxing, Kickboxing, Yoga, SITH FIT and SITH HIT. These classes are capped at 15 members.
