This class will help you burn calories, build strength and improve endurance by incorporating fast-paced cardio drills with boxing fundamentals to deliver a full-body sweat session.

Total Body Workout

Our Boxing class covers the fundamentals of boxing and helps participants build comfort with their boxing stance, basic punches (jab, right, cross, hook, uppercut), defense and footwork.

Our certified coaches will guide you step-by-step through each movement, ensuring proper form and technique. Whether you're hitting the bag for the first time or perfecting your combo, we’ll help you improve your technique and develop power. We’ll also keep your heart rate up with a healthy dose of cardio.

What to Expect

  • Warm-up and shadowboxing to get your heart rate up

  • Technique breakdowns for every punch

  • Bag work, partner drills, mitt work and combinations

*These class packages include Base Conditioning, Boxing, Kickboxing, Yoga, SITH FIT and SITH HIT. These classes are capped at 15 members.
