It’s important to balance cardio and strength classes with yoga to help lengthen muscles and improve flexibility and range of motion. It’s easy to overlook mobility, but it’s a key part of overall health.
Our yoga classes combine physical postures with deep breathing and meditation.
To improve your strength and cardio performance you must rest and recover your body. Yoga offers a physical posture practice that improves range of motion, increases mobility, teaches breath awareness, sharpens mental focus and reduces stress. It is a key factor for peak performance and longevity.
In-Studio and Virtual Yoga Classes
Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for many years, our open flow yoga classes offer posture variations intended to release tension and restore spaciousness in the body. We weave in breath and meditative practices along with a slow flow of postures that focus on breath and alignment. Our yoga classes are open to all, and variations will be offered to accommodate all levels. Each class will vary slightly depending on the instructor's style.
