As someone who focuses on strength training and boxing for much of the week, I knew I needed to incorporate more mobility exercises into my workouts. I signed up for Alison's Friday yoga and it has quickly become one of my favorite classes. She’s very patient with people like me who are new to the practice, and she offers variations for all levels so that more advanced practitioners can get the most out of each posture. She is encouraging and intentional in her teaching. This class is a perfect way to end the week!
