Wrapping Up National Fitness Month!
Thank you for celebrating fitness all month long with us! Even though May is coming to a close, we challenge you to continue striving for 30 minutes of physical activity every day.

Working out for a cause!
We successfully raised $300 from the Fit in the Heights "Fun Raiser" on May 5th in Bennett Park! All proceeds were donated to Girls on the Run, inspiring girls across the country to be joyful, healthy, and confident.

As a special bonus for National Fitness month, all of our challenge participants received free health assessments by our coach and exercise physiologist, Leslie Saint-Jour, to measure their fitness progress! Thanks Leslie!
