Lisa has always been in the business of developing and inspiring people. Lisa started her career over twenty-five years ago in sales, communication and sales skills training, and business development for several Fortune 100 companies. Over the last twenty years she has diversified and moved into the fitness industry. Her fitness career took root at Town Sports International (owners of NYSC, PSC & BSC) where she held several positions including key Director level spots in staff and business development. Now as a Co-Owner of a Studio in the Heights, she integrates her diverse skills to change the lives of her local community.

Lisa believes that integrating a balanced program with both “working out” (strength, cardiovascular and flexibility) and “working–in” (proper food choices and mental restorative practices) is the critical key to one’s ability to live their life to its fullest potential.
Holistic coach through her three-step approach: Fitness, Fuel and Focus
Lisa helps clients view their lives more holistically and has them see the possibility of incorporating healthy choices every moment. The system was developed through integrating her experience in personal communication skills work in training & development with her studies as a Yoga teacher, a Holistic Lifestyle Coach & CHEK 1 from The CHEK Institute, and Holistic health Coach in Ayurveda, as well as her multiple national fitness certifications.
Roderick “Priest” Priestly
As a master trainer and lifestyle coach, as well as a martial arts and meditation instructor, Priest brings a diverse set of skills to each client relationship. He integrates the focus and discipline of martial arts with the results-orientated goals of fitness. As a result of his unique talents, he was selected by Town Sports International (owner of New York, Washington, Boston, Philadelphia health clubs) to be part of the design team that launched the corporation’s first cardio-kickboxing program.
A catalyst for change
There he created his signature martial arts based classes “KICK IT!” and “KICK IT LIVE!” (with live drums). Known by his peers and clients as a mentor, role model, and coach, Priest has been a catalyst for change in the lives of many during his 20-plus years of teaching and training.
Priest holds 2nd degree black belts in three different styles of martial arts, and his integrated approach to teaching is based on Jeet Kune Do, Ju-Jitsu, Judo and Shotokan Karate. A CHEK Institute Level II Holistic Lifestyle Coach and a CHEK Institute Exercise Coach, Priest holds national fitness certifications from:

A passion for fitness and music
Having studied music at Ohio State University, he has been a bandleader and has recorded and performed extensively. His vocal and songwriting talent has connected him with well-known musicians, producers, and recording artists over the years. Most recently he launched, his new CD, Sojourn, and is working his upcoming novel, Convergence.
