Join Coach Melissa for a 2 hour workshop going over the ABCs of these moves: Anatomy, Benefits, Challenges of these three posterior chain movements. 

 

Here's how we'll break it down:

 

The Deadlift

- we'll review the different types, breathing, and form

 

Kettlebell Swing

- learn the timing of a swing and where to find your power

 

Rower 

- breakdown this low impact, full body cardio machine and all it's intricacies 

 

Most importantly, you will learn how to safely and effectively load your posterior chain without low back pain.
