Joining Studio in the Heights means joining a supportive community that lifts you up every step of the way. Every session, class, and wellness service is designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and live healthier — while being celebrated along the journey.

Our space includes:

🏋️The Playground

Our main floor for Shared Personal Training (SPT) & Personal Training.
We offer 4 dynamic SPT sessions, each with a unique focus:

- SPT–Strength (up to 6 people) — build power, muscle, and stability

- SPT–HIIT (up to 6 people) — high-energy conditioning for stamina & endurance

- SPT–Athletic Fire (up to 6 people) — an intense, athletic, full-body burn designed to push your limits. Excellent for Spartan and Hyrox training.

- SPT–BBB (Bells, Bags & Blast) (up to 6 people) — a circuited superset of strength exercises using dumbbells, kettlebells, and sandbags, with interspersed blasts of cardio and core training for a total-body challenge.

Plus a Cardio Zone with Assault Bikes, Concept2 Rowers, and SkiERG.

- InBody Scan — a high-tech analyzer that measures body composition (body fat, muscle mass, and water levels) to set a baseline, track progress, and deliver quantifiable results

- Assisted stretch sessions

- Physical therapy support

- Holistic services for a healthier, balanced lifestyle
