Join us for a Yoga for Runners Workshop where we’ll blend mindful movement, breathwork, and mantras to help you go the distance (and actually enjoy the recovery).
During this 90-minute Workshop on October 25th starting at 2pm, you’ll learn how to:
- Use targeted postures and stretches to warm up and cool down like a pro
- Harness breath practices and focus to stay steady on every stride
- Create your own personal mantra to fuel your runs on and off the mat
Coach and Yoga Instructor Alison will be guiding you. She has completed 3 NYC and 2 Boston Marathons, many half marathons, and other distance road and trail races including a 24 hour relay in the mountains of Colorado!
