
Love cycling and want to learn how yoga can increase enjoyment by preparing the body to ride and reduce post ride soreness?
In this workshop, participants will:
• Discuss how practicing yoga and increasing flexibility can improve performance
• Identify targeted postures and stretches for pre- ride warm up and post-ride recovery
• Apply breath practices and other techniques that can support focus while tackling challenging terrain AND increase the body’s response to restoration and recovery
This workshop is appropriate for cyclists of all levels, and no previous yoga experience is required. Yoga mats, blocks, and other props available for use at studio.
Coach and Yoga Therapist Alison has completed various bike races and events including a 3-day ride on Colorado mountain roads.
