Barre Sculpt:This non-impact total body workout lifts your booty, tones your thighs, abs and arms to create longer, leaner, and more graceful body. This workout features toning and resistance exercises as well as props such as balls, resistance bands and light weights to sculpt muscles and elongate the appearance of your body. Barre Sculpt helps you to efficiently and effectively strengthen joints and muscles, correct alignment, release tension, and prevent and rehabilitate injuries. Enjoy the health benefits of this effective Technique. Alone, or in conjunction with other barre or workout regiments, this class is perfect for an exerciser of any level. This class will also feature a 10 minute cool down and stretch to release tension and set you up for a week of success. Please arrive in comfortable workout clothes and non-slip socks. Mat and Towel Provided.
