SPT is a small-group resistance training program that helps individuals build strength at their own pace.

The goal of SPT is to help you create a solid foundation for strength, posture and injury prevention. Coaches will teach you proper weightlifting techniques and the six essential primal movement patterns—squat, lunge, push, pull, bend, twist—to help you build functional fitness.

The small-group format allows you to work at your own pace and set targets that align with your fitness goals. Coaches observe your technique and offer personalized instruction to help you lift safely and efficiently.
