Short + Effective Poolside Workout

We’re always telling you that you can workout even on vacation. Well, we thought it was time to prove it!

We went away for a few days this week and we made sure to keep up with our exercise routine. Lisa did a short but effective poolside workout. You can watch the full video here.

The circuit is a 30/10 - 30 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest in between. Do three rounds of all the exercises. 

The circuit includes: 

Squat to alternating step-back lunges 
Side lunge to twist - switch legs halfway through 
Jumping jacks 
Pushups with rotation 
Squat jacks 
Back extension rows 
Burpees with standing crunches
