IN-PERSON CLASS

Focus Flow Yoga

Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for many years, this open level flow yoga will offer variations and adaptations for everyone. Weaving a theme and intention throughout the physical practice, we will explore both strength and flexibility of body and mind while doing it all with heart. IN-PERSON TRAINING SESSIONS

Shared Personal Training (SPT)

These sessions offer proper weightlifting techniques to help you build a solid foundation for strength, posture and injury prevention. Participants move through a strength circuit designed to target major muscle groups. The sessions are limited to 4 people, so participants receive personal attention and can move at their own pace. We are nationally certified personal trainers that have been in the business for over 20 years. Our personal training program involves tailored workouts designed to help clients achieve their individual goals, which range from weight loss, injury prevention and rehabilitation to general conditioning.
