If you’re confused about what diet style is right for you—vegetarian, vegan, Keto, Paleo, intermittent fasting—then you’re like many of our clients who are overwhelmed by the noise surrounding diet culture. We developed the Eat Clean program in response to the difficulties many people face in finding a nutrition plan that supports their daily energy levels and health goals.
In this program we explore many of the interconnected emotional and physical issues that our clients face—joint pain, bloating, inflammation, weight management, low energy, anxiety and stress—and how they impact your life. We understand that these can be symptoms of food sensitivities, environmental factors, unhealthy diet and lifestyle choices. We support participants as they build new habits around meal planning and portion control and introduce practices that support their mindset and well-being.
Old habits are hard to break, so we designed this program to give people a place to start. Eat Clean provides a supportive community environment encouraging participants to achieve new insights for their personal health.

In this program, you’ll slowly remove foods that are widely known to cause inflammation and bloating. You will start to incorporate Power Foods to help support your energy, digestion and mental clarity. You will learn new habits and slowly begin to introduce different types of foods back into your diet so that you can more easily determine which foods provide energy and which foods are potentially causing digestive issues or inflammatory responses.
We empower you to find your own way through this process, and we are there every step of the way as you discover the emotional and physical effects that come from changing your diet and mindset.
