Get Your Assessment from a Staff Trainer

A Fitness Assessment is an excellent way to get a current snapshot of your exercise capacity, set realistic fitness goals for yourself, or to periodically measure your overall progress. As a Studio we focus on assessing and developing your functional fitness (how you move through life and interact with your environment), therefore our assessments evaluate strength on all movement patterns, evaluating potential restrictions, flexibility, and injury prevention. The Assessment will be held with one of our Staff Trainers and will help you to take a more targeted approach to your health and fitness journey. The session cost is $150.
