Total Body Conditioning
In our Total Body Conditioning class, the focus is not just on Strengthening, but also Stretching your muscles. We will focus on your core, posture, and flexibility. The class progresses through a series of exercises, incorporating a variety of moves from HIT, Yoga, and Barre, ensuring a full body experience. Sign up
