Thank you for signing up from the Summit! Watch the Bust Health Myths, Build Habits, and Get Results Video Series below.
Session #1: Manifestation Mindset
The first video of the series will help you understand what it means to manifest. Manifesting is all about belief. You must truly believe something on a deep level in order to manifest it. Manifesting something means shifting your energy and putting it into making something happen - it is more than just saying out loud that you want something. To manifest a healthy lifestyle, you have to energetically connect to what it takes to achieve the health goals you desire.
Session #2: The Truth about Exercise
Have you ever heard that by lifting weights women will become big and bulky? Have you heard that you can eat whatever you want as long as you exercise, or that the second you stop exercising all that muscle you developed turns to fat? We debunk these myths along with a few others in just 20 minutes. Find out if you have your facts right about exercising and what you should be doing to reach your goals.
Session #3: Busting Popular Food Myths
In the final video, we debunk popular food myths. You’ve probably heard many of them parroted by popular media: all carbs are bad, you can lose weight by eating only once a day, red wine is the only kind of alcohol that is good for you, balancing calories in and calories out is more important than what you eat. Get ready to have the food myths you have been believing all your life completely busted — and learn how to set a nutrition plan that works for you and your lifestyle.

Meet Your Coach
I’m Lisa Priestly. I am an Integrated Movement Specialist and Vitality Coach with over 25 years of experience. I saw an opportunity to share my passion for fitness and holistic nutrition and co-founded Studio in the Heights with my partner for life and business, where we teach virtual fitness classes, in-person personal training, and online holistic health and nutritional coaching.
An avid cyclist, I had the honor in 2010 of being featured in Competitor Magazine as the first African American woman to compete in the Race Across America, the toughest cycling event in the world, a 3005-mile team relay race. Shortly after I took on the toughest race of my life, I found out I was born with a congenital heart defect and had to have open-heart surgery. This experience has provided me with a deeper connection with clients who are starting their health and fitness. I had to use all of the techniques that I had used with clients over the years to heal, regain strength, and become the best version of myself. I have taken the knowledge that I gained from this victory, and developed the Priestly Process (Fitness, Fuel & Focus) which is the foundation of all of my coaching.
My life mission is to help busy people over forty to feel clean and lean without fad dieting, strong and beautiful with proper exercise, and confident and vital.
